How to Clean Wagner FLEXiO 3000 or 4000?

If you have a Wagner FLEXiO 3000 or 4000, you know that it’s a great tool for painting projects. But what do you do when the paint starts to build up on the nozzle? Here’s how to clean your Wagner FLEXiO 3000 or 4000:
1. Unplug the Unit. Before cleaning the paint sprayer, first, ensure that the sprayer is unplugged from the power source.
2. Remove the Nozzle. The next step is to remove the nozzle from the paint sprayer. To do this, simply unscrew the nozzle from the front of the unit.
3. Clean the Nozzle. Once the nozzle is removed, you can clean it with soap and water or a vinegar solution. If you are using a vinegar solution, mix one-part vinegar with three parts water.
4. Rinse the Nozzle. After cleaning the nozzle, be sure to rinse it thoroughly with clean water.
